BaltElec, an independent distributor of Schneider Electric and other brands, is expanding its operations. Our business is simple: we maintain a wide range of Schneider Electric stock and sell it at more competitive prices than local distributors. As part of our growth strategy in worldwide, we are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Agents in different parts of the world.

Job Description: Sales Agent

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the distribution of Low Voltage (LV) components, having worked with brands such as Schneider Electric, ABB, Legrand, Hager, Phoenix Contact, or Siemens. You will be responsible for driving new business development, focusing on panel builders, maintenance organizations, industrial users, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

To accomplish your mission, BaltElec team will provide the following support:

  • Competitive prices that differentiate us from local distributors, facilitating successful business closures.
  • Strong brand and digital marketing to strengthen sales efforts and enhance efficient connection with potential clients.
  • Dedicated support. You will not be alone in this role. Our back-office team is always ready to provide technical and commercial assistance as you need.
  • Transparency: We believe in open and clear communication in all our operations, fostering a work environment based on trust and mutual respect.

This is a remote position that requires proactive commitment to potential clients and key stakeholders. International customer visits may be part of the job.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
  • Qualify and evaluate leads generated by digital marketing.
  • Conduct visits and online meetings to build relationships at all levels.
  • Oversee and maintain existing business.
  • Assist in enhancing and improving our pricing strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in sales or business development related to the industry.
  • Technical sales mindset with track record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and focused.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
