Shipping Information

Thank you for shopping with BaltElec. Here are the details about our shipping policy.

Shipping Options

We offer multiple options for shipping to best serve your needs.

  • Standard Delivery: We ship through TNT for regular orders.
  • Large Orders: For larger orders, we collaborate with Schenker, Kuehne+Nagel, or Raben.
  • Express Shipping: You can choose our express delivery option for quicker delivery.

For Professional Accounts, BaltElec offers the following incoterms: DDP, EXW, FCA, and CPT (Incoterms 2010). Please note, orders placed outside the European Union are only delivered under FCA and CPT conditions.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: Free for online orders above 300 euro. If the order value is less, a 25 euro charge applies.
  • Express Delivery: Charged at 89 euro regardless of order value.
  • Outside EU, UK, and Switzerland: Shipping charges are based on actuals. Please get in touch with our sales team for a quote.

These prices are applicable within the European Union, UK, and Switzerland.

Order Processing and Lead Time

  • Stock Items: Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 are shipped on the next business day.
  • Non-Stock Items: Our sales team will notify you of the Estimated Time of Availability within 3 days of placing the order. Typically, these items ship within 1-4 weeks.
  • Custom Order Products: Air Circuit Breakers and Automation components may take longer to ship.

For mixed orders containing both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we generally deliver in a single shipment once the last item arrives. If you prefer immediate delivery of in-stock items, please specify this at the time of order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch of your order, BaltElec will send you an email notification with the AWB number, carrier's name, and the tracking reference number. You can use this information to track the delivery status on the carrier's website on the day of delivery.

Claims

Upon receiving your order, please check your items thoroughly. If an item appears to be damaged, it must be signed for as 'Damaged', otherwise, we will not be able to accept returns.

Ensure to check the delivered material within 24 hours and report any issue to BaltElec and the logistics company within this time frame. Claims reported later than this period will not be accepted.
